Bad Breath
Tips:-
1) Brush your teeth twice a day and rinse well after every meal. Brushing before going to bed is important.
2) You can chew some cardamom seeds to sweeten your breath.
3) Parsley leaves are rich in chlorophyll, nature's own deodorizer. Chew some leaves regularly and your breath will remain fresh.
4) Boil one litre of water and add 4 whole cloves and 2 tablespoons broken cinnamon sticks. Let it steep for 20 minutes, strain and drink a cup for long lasting fresh breath.
5) To prevent bad breath tongue too needs to be cleaned regularly.
6) Boil some cardamom, mint leaves and lemon leaves in water. Strain the water and use it to gargle your mouth after meals. It will make your breath refreshing. If you want you can even sip this water. It has no harm.
7) Drink lemon water after your food.
8) You can boil some cardamom is water and use it to gargle after your meals. It stops the bad breathe to some extent.
9) Cinnamon is a very good spice to reduce the bad breathes. You can boil it in water and use it to gargle to tackle bad breath
