Chocolate Banana Bread

Ingredients:

100 gms white butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 cup chocolate chopped
1/2 cup roasted walnuts chopped
2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
vanilla essence
brown sugar (to sprinkle)

Melt the butter in a pan. When it cools, add the sugar, eggs, mashed bananas, essence and mix well. Sieve together flour, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda. Fold into the egg-banana-butter mixture. Fold gently and do not over mix or banana bread will become tough. Add the walnuts and the chopped chocolate and mix until well distributed. Scrape(yes, scrape...this is not a flowing batter) the batter onto a greased pan, sprinkle with brown sugar and bake at 150 degrees until risen and a toothpick comes out clean.

This one is my son's favourite . It's really simple to make, and the result is rather good! I'm sure you'll be making this again and again because your little one will definitely like it, and because others all the time will be requesting you to make it!!! This is a really fantastic recipe!! Its a must try! I've made it about 7 or 8 times and each time it gets better!! Lemme know how it turned out!!
