Mixed Vegetable Khichdi
Ingredients:
4 tbsps of rice
2 tbsps of moong dal
1 tbsp of Finely grated Carrot
1 tbsp of Finely grated potato
8-9 pieces of Green peas
A pinch of haldi pdr.
Salt to taste
Put all the ingredients in a pressure cooker. Add enough water & cook till soft.
When it is done, mash it altogether with a spoon. Add a tbsp of ghee over the cooked mixture and serve. You can mix it with curds too if your baby likes the taste.
