Egg Bhurjee


egg 1
tomato 1(small)
onion 1(small)
crumbled paneer 1/2 cup
chilli pdr a pinch
haldi pdr a pinch
salt to taste

Break the egg in bowland beat it well. Heat a pan with little ghee. Add onions, when they change colour slightly add tomatoes and cook well. Add paneer to this and then add egg along with salt, chillies and haldi pdr. Cook till the egg coats all the mixture and you will feel hat this is cooked as will not be liquid form. Switch off the gas and serve with paratha.
